New Players
Players participating for the first time in one of our pickleball leagues will be emailed a link to fill out our "New Player Information" form prior to the first week of play. This helps us place new players on competitively appropriate courts to start.

Simple "In or Out?" Reply Each Week
Emails link to an "In or Out?" form that lets you indicate availability, time & geography needs for the week. Players have until Noon the day before league night to reply. Text reminders are sent to all players who haven't responded the morning of the day before league play. Full Spring/Summer Season
The 24-week Spring/Summer season runs from April 11 to October 10. It includes three 8-week sessions. Spring, Summer #1 and Summer #2. Format Weekly round-robin play consisting of one set partnered with each other player on your assigned court. Pairings Competitive compatibility emphasized. Variety considered. Most will play with 30+ different players throughout the season. One should expect to be the best on the court 25%, the worst 25% and in the middle 50%. Pairings explained. Guaranteed Play Players selecting any of the "anytime" or "anywhere" options will be guaranteed a spot for the week. Play 2x Players can opt to play "2x" for the week. Though only one spot is guaranteed, historically about 80% of the extra sessions have been granted. Formal Play & Scheduling
Court results, standings and "pairings" points are formally tracked and used to create weekly court pairings. Scheduling is formal with specific time slots & pairings rotations. Schedules are distributed via email and updated on our website. Players can cancel for emergencies and other reasons outlined in Procedures & Rules, but are otherwise expected to show up on time once they have opted "in" for the night. No Subs Needed Our format does not require subs. Simply opt "out" when you know you will be unavailable for the week or contact us as soon as you know you can't make a scheduled time. *"Additional Options": Through 10 years and close to 400 weeks of Platform Tennis League play, we have never had a player request a specific time/geography slot and not get scheduled for the week. But there is always a small possibility that too many players, or players who are competitively incompatible will request the same specific time/geography slot. This would simply result in some players not getting scheduled for the week.
