About Out Leagues
Our leagues focus on the individual player's experience and seek to improve match quality, flexibility, frequency and scheduling regularity. Prioritized league components:
Simple "In or Out?" Reply Each Week
Emails link to an "In or Out?" form that lets you indicate availability, time & geography needs for the week. Players have until Noon the day before league night to reply. Text reminders are sent to all players who haven't responded the morning of the day before league play. Formal Play & Scheduling
Court results, standings and "pairings" points are formally tracked and used to create weekly court pairings. Scheduling is formal with specific time slots & pairings rotations. Schedules are distributed via email and updated on our website. Players can cancel for emergencies and other reasons outlined in Procedures & Rules, but are otherwise expected to show up on time once they have opted "in" for the night. |
Two Seasons (Multiple Sessions)
There are two half-year Platform Tennis leagues - Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer. The two half-year Pickleball leagues are Summer and Indoor. Each consists of numerous sessions and options. There is one unified winner of each half-year league for overall champion, top female and Ironman (woman). Format
