The Court & Scoring

The entire center board is "in." All points are played crosscourt.
2 - Alternate sides
Even points (0-0, 30-0, 15-15, etc.) are played deuce court to deuce court. Odd points (15-0, 30-15, 40-0, etc.) are played ad court to ad court.
3 - Doubles alleys are "in"
Except on the serve, the crosscourt doubles alleys are "in."
4 - Scoring
No-Ad tennis scoring is used.
5 - Marking the court
If necessary, you can mark the center board (with sidewalk chalk) between the service line and baseline to help.

The Serve

1 - Underhanded (no topspin)
At contact, the ball must be below the server's waist and the the paddle head must be below the wrist. Underspin & sidespin may be achieved but not topspin. The intent is to create a relatively neutral start to the point - not to create an additional advantage for the server. The returner can ask for a let if there is topspin on the serve.
2 - Service Line & Box Definition
Serves are to be hit from behind the "service line" to the diagonal court. The serve must land behind the opponent's service line and in front of the baseline + inside the singles line and the center board. The lines & center board are "in." Any serve outside of this box is a fault & loss of point for the server. One serve.
