All levels are invited to participate in our 8th Summer Platform Tennis League. Play is on Thursday nights at Glendale Lyceum and runs eight weeks from June 10 to July 29. Again the league will prioritize competitively compatible pairings and will offer variety, time slot flexibility, guaranteed weekly play and 2x play options.
New Players Can Start This Week We have two Thursdays remaining in our Spring League with play at Maketewah and Glendale. Those signing up for Summer League are welcome to start play immediately. You will be added to the "In or Out?" list and can opt "In" by Wednesday at Noon if you would like to play this week. Harrison Rogers went 3-0 on a "5 multiplier" court and 2-2 on a "6 multiplier," scoring 32 total points. Rogers now has a 14.68 average in 14 sessions and is in 7th place in the overall standings. He has a 24-21 won/loss record for the Spring League and a 1,519 pairings rating. His 3-0 win on the court with Josh Greene, Jill Jackson and Mark Williams carried a 26 strength of schedule rating. This was the second time Rogers has gone undefeated on a court rated 25 to 29 (see all-time records by court rating). Jackson earned 40 points for the two court victories. Her point average improved to 14.75 in eight sessions played and is currently in ninth place overall.
