The Signal Hill private court was used for league play for the first time, hosting the season's biggest upset in the process. After splitting their first two sets against each other, Anthony Palmenter (11-10, 52.38%) and Pat Gilligan (10-12, 45.45%) teamed up to defeat Doug Jones (23-3, 88.46%) and Robert Gerwin (1-5, 16.67%). The pair won a close 7-6 (5) set. Players going undefeated on courts were Tyler Schroeder, Karen Crowley, Greg Love, Bill Boughton, Andrew Beto, Richard Canelas, Fabian Schmahl, Robert Glenn, Amy Wolber and Lisa McLaughlin.
