Flight 1: Jones 6-0, 5-man court plays all tiebreakersDoug Jones and Lee Lonergan came back from a 2-4 deficit against Mike Lint and Joe Voss to preserve a 6-0 night for Jones. Lint and Voss were making their season debuts. In the earlier session, Jones went 3-0 with Ron Visscher, Evan Webeler and Dale Dobnicker. Top Louisville platform tennis player Scott Triplett made the two-hour trip count by going 5-2 for the night. He went 2-1 in his 6:00 matches on a tough court featuring Jay Dollries and two former city champs - Eric Toth and Brian Brockhoff. Triplett capped his night by surviving a bunch of tiebreakers on a 5-man court.
