Flight 1: Randall, Sitarski Get on the Board
JR Randall and Brent Sitarski broke into the win column winning 3 sets and 2 sets respectively. There are now no winless Flight One players who have participated at least one week. Doug Jones remained on top of the standings going 4-0 and is now 10-0 for the season. Gene Kennedy was the only other undefeated player on the night. Flight 2: Boughton, McIntosh Undefeated Nights
Scott McIntosh improved to 7-2 on the season, going 3-0 on a court with Tony Teufel, Bret Bruder and Barry Rudell. Rudell was making his Platform Tennis League debut. Bill Boughton sliced and diced his way to a 3-0 night with Jim Heldman, John Fovel, Kyle Wilkens. Results.
Flight 3: A. Heldman, Turner go 3-1
Andy Heldman started his Flight 3 season off with a productive 3-1 night. Chuck Turner also wen 3-1 on the court with Heldman, Workum, Bruder and Pohlman. Results.
Top Participation Night: 12 courts & 50 "Occurrences"
This week featured the most Platform Tennis League participation to date. Including an introductory session for newcomers, there were 50 official "participation occurrences" & 42 unique participants. In all, we utilized 12 courts and played 39 official sets.
